About: Dotty is a sweet, and carefree girl. Because of where she was born, she has come across as to having a bit of a ditzy complex. She has been considered very beautiful by every boy in her village, yet she believes the opposite, thinking herself to be just like every other girl. Whenever she is alone, she sings in secret, believing she is not good enought to sing in public.
